GBLR LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons not including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, unavailability, and errors in advertisements. GBLR cannot guarantee it will be able to fulfill Customer’s requests if subject properties or services are unavailable or pricing has changed due to market conditions. If availability is confirmed by a representative of GBLR LLC, a price will be quoted inclusive of taxes and fees. Prices provided by GBLR LLC are not eligible for any type of price matching or competitive offer. Prices quoted are only valid for a period of 24 hours from the time quoted. If you wish to proceed with the booking based on the quoted price including taxes and fees, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the remaining 50% balance to be paid within 30 days of the booking or 30 days prior to any stay (whichever comes first). Payment must be made with an acceptable form of payment in USD. Reservations will be transferred in the name of the customer once payment is received in full. At that point your interactions will be directly with the resort. 

Any stay booked less than 30 days must be paid in full and cannot be cancelled once booked. Cancellation of any booking will only be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days in advance of a stay with the exception of a $2,500 cancellation fee. Any attempt to cancel a stay inside 30 days from the start of the stay or non-payment of the full balance will result in surrendering of the deposit, and cancellation of the stay.
